I have not been leaving in the hair oils on my scalp overnight as apparently it’s bad to leave on for more than a couple hours as it can clog up the hair follicles- no idea how true this is but is this oil diff to thicker oil like the rapunzle/rosemary oil? Xx

Massage is probably the best thing you can do for hair growth 🙌🏻 I do it 10 mins a day at least 😊
