Isn’t the ford trans pan throw away for every fluid change

with 5600 miles, its normal to see a tiny bit of glitter in the oil and tranny. if you saw small little chunks of something, then be worried.

More capacity doesn’t mean more lubrication 😂 also unless it’s a Banks diff cover it actually is worse than factory

They make them for the new rams 2500

all that is normal. the ring and pinion in the diff are broken in and work hardened during the 1st few hundred miles. they wear more and make more heat in the 1st 100miles than they do for the other 300k that they live. clutch packs in the transmission have to seat to make a consistent contact patch all the way around

Love your videos but all that oil is normal break in. Fancy finned pans will lower heat but transmission temp is controlled by radiator water temp as oil flows through radiator so oil will always be the same temp as radiator water.

Nice pans, but what about the excessive wear on parts??

Why not just upgrade the trans cooler first? Driven diesel makes a great one!

Is that the first oil change for that truck or is it the second oil change? If that glitter/debris is in the pan what is the reason for an oil filter at all? B’cuz it didn’t load the filter and leave that amount in addition to oil filter material captured! Same goes for how did the transmission filter bypass that much debris. Seems better filtration is needed in addition to the aftermarket pans? Why pay for a better pan without better filtration and temperature monitoring during operating conditions? 🤔👍

That’s normal for its first fluid change. You should know this for being a engine rebuilder
