No sauce, no extras — just straight from the plant. Are they true yellow Scotch bonnets… or something else entirely? We decided to do a pepper plant growing challenge. I germinated the seeds and ended up with a few extras labeled as Yellow Scotch Bonnet. We each grew some of the plants out, and the results were wildly different, with very different-looking peppers. In the end, I had plenty of extra peppers, so one of the guys made hot sauce from them. Then we finished things off by tasting the peppers raw 🌶️🔥. Part 2: We eat the peppers raw.
