around here if we think we got a bad meter we call the electric company they come out and swap the meter, they test it later if it's good they put it back in circulation if it's not I don't know what they do with it but they change the meter out of concern

has nothing to do with meter.. the company charges what they want to.. I have big electric company issues.. because im on a fixed income is exactly how I know as well if I had $$ id never noticed.. I call and argue with the same lady have for years..

it's a multiplier difference. some have a multiplier by 10, some have a multiplier of 1. the 1 will spin faster than a 10.

Im confused, why not shut off the main, and observe the meter first off. Shut off all breakers as well. If no draw, that will show if somethings wrong with the meter, then the slowly turn on breakers one by one, observe then turn off and turn on next breaker. That will isolate any problems to a specific circuit. Finally, turn on all breakers one by one and observe.

electric coming to your house is all scam it's all fraud American paid for these companies to exist because we've paid in taxes for these companies to be built to provide us with electric and we pay to have electric let that sink in taxpayers paid for these companies to exist same goes for water sewage even your TVs who do you think pays for advertisement all your commercials it's all funded by taxpayers
