I just got diagnosed with anemia. My ferritin level is 10. Interestingly I have never felt like my hair was excessively shedding. It just has gotten worse and thinner and shittier over the last like 20 years, which makes me wonder how long I’ve been terribly low iron.

Mine last time I checked before my surgery was at 14 .. I think mine will improve since I had surgery due to fibroids and adenmyosis
