I was also in Hoi An, and for Visa cards, you have another bank with 0 fees at the ATM... with Revolut or Wise 0 fees 😂

Stimmt nicht, TP Bank kostet auch in etwa 2%. HBSC hätte fast 8% gekostet. VP also ähnliche Gebühren wir TP. Kommt aber auch auf Heimbank und Karte an (Visa,Mc, Amex etc,)

That’s wrong. In Vpbank there is a transaction fee. It depends on how much you withdraws your money. It doesn't say on the receipt you get, but they will send you how much they have withdrawn from your bank. First you will see how much you have withdrawn, then you will see separately at your office how much fee it has cost you.
