Don’t buy this, as a real mechanic your cars computer needs to have power to keep things like time, data and settings. If you’re concerned about a parasitic draw just go to a trusted mechanic shop and just pay for a diagnostic.

Battery drain happens when batteries stay dirty because people don’t clean under the hood. Causing an ion bridge and drains the battery even if you use a switch. Sometimes there are other causes

ah yes disconnect my battery so my remote start doesn't work, my alarm system is disengaged, and my electronic locks don't work either.

Resetting your car's pc every time you stop your car? pouring rain/snowing having to pop the hood...just fix the drain but to each their own.
