Honestly damed if you do and damed if you dont. People cant just be happy for that fact you have the ability to buy houses and provide rentals when theres a rental shortage. Well done on your achievements!!

I'd be impressed if this was achieved on a single income. this is the bare minimum for a dual income household.

I can’t believe the comments you’re getting. Use are working hard and putting your money to good use. Majority of people renting are renting because they either cannot afford to buy or have stuffed their credit so are unable to buy. You are not taking the houses from them there are plenty to buy if they want to! I’d rather a hard working family purchase houses than overseas investors well done guys!

We had to sell our investment because after 13 rate hikes, we were forking out too much a week to keep it 🥺

With a solid Resi portfolio behind you now, take a peak at commercial. Higher deposits required but you can achieve the same capital growth with better cashflow

yeah I bought my first home at 20, worked at KFC from 15 as part time and stayed at my parents house.
lived there for a year, put it up for rent, and moved back in with parents... and bought my second at 22... fast forward 23 years and I've just closed on 12 th in December. I've accrued 8 by 30, and the remaining 4 took 15 years because of kids etc.. etc... etc..

Must be nice to be on over $250K household to service multiple properties negatively geared and not be in hardship from the payments. Most people without degrees are lucky to clear $150K household
