we dont need rcbo, the rcbo is already built in the charger if it needs any, but the grounding in ev charger system is needed in the first place only to discharge static electricity, to protect the electronics of the BMS( battery management system) of the ev car, so no need for rcbo, the rcbo works on ac , and only protects the circuit befor the 32 or 8 amp dc charger, and that is only if there is ground fault which could rearly happen before the ckt board or arround it..... the bs continues but over all its a nice work and a thing we all apreciate
