I still believe lunch at schools should be free…. How do criminals in prison get 2-3 meals cooked daily, free accomodation, medical etc etc but yet kids go hungry at schools

We make sure our children eat. That’s our main priority. We also now pack extra as our kids say their friends don’t have any. So our child share some. We teach them about caring for each other. But this government is treasonous And no love for the people they should serve

I’ve retired from accounting and now work in my grandkids school canteen. It’s so sad, I take a coin jar to help kids who come in with 50c and want an overpriced zooper dooper. $1.50 is over priced, let alone a $5 cookie or drink
