@jasminseats: One-pot creamy sun-dried tomato, basil & spinach pasta  Using the @Ninja Kitchen Australia Stealth IQ Blender for a seamless and surprisingly quiet process that left us with a thick, creamy, silky sauce that can NOT be bought in a jar - I promise you that!  Serves 3-4: Sauce:  1 jar on sun-dried tomatoes (drain ½ the liquid and put ¼ of the tomatoes to the side for later)  4 garlic cloves  1 red mild chili, seeds removed  300ml light cream  50g Parmesan (the block stuff!)  Big handful of fresh basil  Salt and pepper  1 red onion, finely diced  Remaining sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped Couple handfuls of spinach  350g pasta of choice  Water  Blend sauce ingredients.  Saute red onions over medium heat with olive oil.  Once soft add the remaining tomatoes and spinach.  Add the sauce and rinse blender with 1 cup of water. Add the pasta and stir to coat.  Lid on and cook until al dente stirring occasionally and adding water if necessary to keep the sauce loose.  Once cooked stir in more fresh basil (and any additional s&p if it needs more seasoning)  Serve top with more cheese and fresh basil.  #EasyRecipes #onepotpasta #NinjaStealthIQ #ad #paidpartnership
