![BANANA SNICKERDOODLES 🍌🍪✨ ingredients (makes about 24 cookies) — [wet ingredients] + ¼ cup light brown sugar + 1 cup white sugar + 1 tsp. cinnamon + ½ tsp. nutmeg + 1 Tbsp. vanilla + 1 cup unsalted butter, melted + 3 bananas, overripe & mashed (*see below note) [dry ingredients] + 3 cups flour + ½ tsp. baking powder + ½ tsp. baking soda + ½ tsp. salt [cinnamon sugar] + ¼ cup granulated sugar + 1 tsp. cinnamon instructions — 1. use a hand mixer to mix together the wet ingredients (*minus the bananas) 2. add in the mashed bananas and mix well 3. pour in the dry ingredients in batches and mix well until a dough forms 4. chill dough in the fridge for at least 1.5 hours. 5. scoop the dough & roll into balls, coating in cinnamon sugar. 6. place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350° for 15-17 mins 7. sprinkle cookies with the remaining cinnamon sugar #snickerdoodle #bananas #cookierecipe #bakingrecipe #fallbaking](/video/cover/7551232472705420575.webp)
