A few things my wife and I encou tered over the years adding to the ones you have already mentioned (bad one etc), we have 11 year old boy/girl twins now but during their infant years we were constantly asked if they were identical....obviously not ones dressed in blue, the other in pink and they are boy/girl, they would also ask which one is which haha. Also weirdly, I feel I was congratulated more than my wife, I got "Well done" on numerous occasions even with my wife standing there....awkward...

Not a twin mum but a twin … it really really grates on me and my twin that we get called ‘the twins’. That’s not our identity.. not the only magical fact about us that has to be said as if it isn’t obvious… just say our names please as we don’t go by ‘the twins’ 🤣 just an fyi as our aunties who are twins also despite it and I feel it’s our culture 🤣

i had twins they are 16 now a boy and a girl this is what soooooo many people said "ah twins, are they boys or girls" me "a boy and a girl" them "ahhh lovely are they identical?" omg ummmm no its a boy and a girl hahaha used to drive me mad 😂😂
