今や絶滅といわれる屋台ラーメンが東京で食べられるお店🐺🍜 【高尾駅　屋台ラーメンしゅんやっちゃん】 チャーシューメン　950円(税込) 東京でもうほぼここだけしか食べれない！屋台ラーメン もうビジュアルが屋台ラーメンのレベルを超えすぎてる これ絶対うまいやつ 細麺なのと刻んだ玉ねぎを入れてるので八王子ラーメンて感じで、醤油スープがめちゃくちゃきれい 鳥と豚で作ってるそう 無科調なのに想像より醤油の後味が残る、、、旨味がしっかりある 五臓六腑に染み渡るとはまさにこのこと うーん、美味い、、、、 チャーシューもしっかりとお肉の感触があってよき 麺も硬めというか細いけどパツンとした感じで美味しい 今回、たまたま食べに来ていた大学生に許可を頂き出演してもらいました そのうちこういう屋台ラーメンがどこも食べれなくなって、昔の思い出になってしまうのかなぁ、、、 ずっと忘れないようにしようと一口一口噛み締めて頂きました ごちそうさまでした🐺 🚃高尾駅徒歩4分 💺20席ほど 📍 東京都八王子市初沢町1277-8 ⏰ ［火～土］ 18:00～23:00 ■ 定休日 不定休雨又は雨予報の時はお休み This is one of the only places in Tokyo where you can still eat authentic yatai (street stall) ramen! The visuals alone are way beyond what you’d expect from a typical food stall — you can just tell it’s going to be delicious. With thin noodles and chopped onions, it has a vibe similar to Hachioji-style ramen. The soy-based soup is incredibly clear and beautiful, made from both chicken and pork. Even though it’s made without MSG, the rich soy sauce flavor lingers more than you’d expect — packed with deep umami. This is exactly what people mean when they say “it warms you to the core.” Man, it’s so good… The char siu has a nice meaty texture and bite — very satisfying. The noodles are thin but firm with that perfect snap when you bite into them. Delicious.
