thats not flow i think youre doing remap/impact and best way is not to stress about fluidity. and don’t overdo your effects, it’ll lose whatever flow the clips have. keep it minimal

this isn’t mostly flow is like impact while making clips flow it’s a various technique some can be aggressive yet the best ones are soft best smooth flow you can do irl or anime both extremely hard to find clips

You can slow down and add zoom glows make your own rhythm that’s what for me personally makes a flow edit unique the way an editor could compose the beats handle the rhythm against/with the music + sfx
