Covid never stopped being the plague. I never stopped masking. I have had covid once 4 years ago, and pneumonia twice. I probably have long covid now.

inshallah you will never catch COVID just do exercises everyday at home like 20 pushups until you feel your heart beat fast also before you sleep take deep breath inhale hold your breath for 40 or 50 seconds then outhale. that's worked with me I wish if it work with you as well.
