Recipe ↓ ■ INGREDIENTS: • large thin flatbreads - 4 sheets • ground beef - 9 oz (250 g) • butter - 1 tsp • onion - 1 medium, finely chopped • green bell pepper - 1, finely chopped • red bell pepper - 1, finely chopped • corn (canned or frozen, thawed) - ½ cup (80 g) • shredded mozzarella - 7 oz (200 g) • salt - to taste • black pepper - ½ tsp • paprika or chili flakes - ½ tsp • fresh parsley - a small handful, chopped (optional) ■ HOW TO COOK: 1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add butter and ground beef, cook until browned. Add onion (squeeze excess juice out if very juicy) and sauté 2-3 min. Add bell peppers, corn, salt, pepper, paprika. Cook until soft and fragrant. Stir in parsley if using. Let the filling cool slightly. 2. Lightly sprinkle wrap with water so it becomes flexible. Cut each sheet in half. 3. Place meat filling on one side, add shredded cheese on top. Fold into triangles. 4. Arrange triangles on a lined baking tray. Sprinkle a little extra cheese on top. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes, until deeply golden and crispy. 5. Let rest 5 minutes - then enjoy that crunch. ■ INFO (approx.)
