sheet pan meals have rescued me many many times! cut sweet potatoes (or not) cooked 1st, cut chicken thighs (or smash em) added 2nd, cut up broccoli or zuch/yellow squash & assorted bell peppers & an onion; everything mixed with olive oil & a favorite seasoning & baked. we added a drizzle of chic-fil-a sauce to ours last night 🤌🤌🤌

Can you use scissors? If so, kitchen shears would come in handy for cutting things. If you could wedge the sausage under something heavy, you could cut it using scissors 🥰
