Islamic real estate financing usually uses Murabaha or diminishing Musharakah. Murabaha is a cost-plus sale where the bank sells the property at profit with fixed payments. Musharakah is a partnership where you gradually buy the bank’s share while paying rent. Many scholars prefer Musharakah because it reflects true risk-sharing principles.

As a Muslim, Thank you so much that you try to give financial advice for Muslims. The world should know that if you look back in the history, Muslim and jews used to live together like brothers and sisters 🥰

Murabha is what he is talking about. It is Halal but more expensive, and restrictive as the bank buys what you need first and then sells it to you at a higher price whilst beeing a coowner of it till you buy it off

In islam you cant loan interest on money, however in islamic banks and islam in general it is okay to, buy a house owned by the bank and pay in installments with an added “fee” which is basically almost interest, so the bank owned the property until you have fully payed, this idea is centralized over the fact that you re-imburse someone with the “fee” because you are taking time to pay and not paying all in one go, its called murabaha, comment any question im in finance hopefully i can answer.
