It gets better, we are taught to do this in school. In Russia, each kid in school has their own journal where they are forced to keep track of their schedule and where teachers mark their grades for parents to see. And on each page of the journal it is customary for class advisor and a parent to leave their signatures, to let each other know the kid's grades are being perceived by both sides. And since the parents' signatures are demanded by teachers and no kid wants to show their parents their bad grades, kids learn how to forge their parents' signatures very early. The stricter the parents - the better their skill, so if you see a russian who is extremely good at this skill - hug them as their parents certainly didn't

my uncle was sent to slovakia in 2006 for a work trip. the direct advice from the company was “don’t speed, but if you get caught, pay the fine on the spot or ‘negotiate’ “. chat, they meant bribe them.

as a Russian, it's totally normal to forge signatures EVERYWHERE. i did it at work, on legal documents, everywhere!! and completely under the approval of higher-up figures

needed to get a letter from the russian government for work, went through a lawyer to make it cheaper and easier. Lawyer, with complete seriousness, suggests we just photoshop the letter and put a random signature, because it would be much quicker than getting anything from the government

almost everyone when register the used car forget to take previous owner's signature. They just do not care about it at all. Sort of the law that no one cares
