The other thing not mentioned here is that customer who has gone 3-4 times and has been treated exceptionally is walking out as a brand ambassador. Word of mouth may not be the easiest metric to track but it’s one of the most successful ways to bring in new guests who are *excited* to have that same experience their friend or family member had
