in 2023 i had positive ana 1:80 homogenous and dna antibody was 9 now ana is negative but dna ab is positive 1:320 is it def lupus or something else

I have lupus but my ANA always shows negative. They found it with a kidney biopsy but not before every organ I have is affected since it took 9 years for them to figure it out 🫤

I have alot of symptoms of different types of an autoimmune but I always have a negative ana but I cant ever get an answer what I have its getting to the point I dont ever want to go to the Dr's anymore I have actually stopped going for a while its depressing having all these problems and no answers

Can you talk about dermatomyositis ? I got diagnosed with it and with it being a more rare condition it’s hard to find info on it besides google

They only tested my ana one and it was negative - won’t repeat the tests again bur I have such severe symptoms and flares that land me in hospital, my crp and esr is always raised too

positive ana 1100 spickeld but the dr said the p is low so i dont have nothing but a tendinopathy because of my hashimoto and crohn. But i have also rosacea and renaud syndrome and pain everywhere. Fysiotherapy aint working. What can you advise?

I have MS and my neuro ordered labs to test for RA due to some joint stiffness I was experiencing. RA showed negative but I had a positive ANA. She said it was not high enough to refer me to a rheumatologist. Should I keep an eye on that?

I have a dr at a research facility and they did a reichlin profile that said i was high on ds dna. however..normal ana tests show the speckled pattern and the highest was 320. is the reichlin significant?

Can you talk about the different titers/ANA lab tests and patterns? I had a positive ANA titer 1:1280, and I was told that’s as “high” as the lab tests will show- but is that true?
