the best part is that everyone already thinks you’re being dramatic about the food. then you have to tell them that you also have to be careful with silverware and straws and plates etc. 😀

I use these... I tried looking up product info to see what they're specifically made from and can't find any details other than "paper" and a coating. I've never been glutened from them and the value is good. heal up soon 💔

Be careful with some reusable plates and cutting boards too, they’re made of wheat! noticed them at homegoods and also had to throw out some I already owned before my diagnosis
