@cbsnews: A car knocked a New York State trooper to the ground while she was at the scene of a crash. Trooper Bailey Martin can be seen roadside when a vehicle suddenly hits her and slams into her patrol car. Martin was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. She has since returned to duty since the Feb. 13 incident. The driver of the car said he failed to see a posted stop sign due to the glare of the sun. #newyork
