bro what i js do bicep curls, reverse curls, hammer curls, tricep extensions, lateral raises and then crunches, butterfly kicks, a 1 minute plank (15 reps for each exercise) and i repeat 3 times every 3 mins and i js repeat that once a day and i only have one rest day is this good or not? ✌️

Hey leon i do: ppl ul but ik you're supposed to rest on Thursday after the leg day but I cant do upper on Friday I just dont have time! so I skip that rest day and do upper on Thursday and lower on Friday! Ik it's not good to only have 1 day rest for my back and biceps but at least I'm getting my workout in instead of not being able to on Friday!
