This is cool, but native gold is generally already only around 70% gold. The jeweler should have known to at least melt it down to test it, and then likely refine it down to 24k and then alloyed after that. Alloying native gold is tricky business because unless you test and refine it, you don’t know what you’re alloying. The gold can become brittle and of course no way to accurately hallmark it. No shade, just letting you know for next time, very cool project!
