The sun may have been in the driver’s eyes, however, he was driving faster than road conditions dictated. This is obvious because of the front wheels being turned and the car not turning with them. Also, I’m guessing the driver was distracted by others in the car and not paying attention to the road.

this is crazy since sgt schlottman was killed in the east mountains. mysteriously the sheriff dept dont want to give out the information about the driver because he was an illegal immigrant and had no cdl.
