@samanthabauchmann: don’t mind me eating the entire bowl to myself 😋 INGREDIENTS: 2 blocks cream cheese 1 8 oz block pepper jack cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup garlic 1 diced jalapeno 1/2 red onion, chopped 2 cans corn, drained 1 head cilantro, chopped Tajin Juice of 1/2 lime Cotija cheese INSTRUCTIONS: 1) preheat grill to 400. Add cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, sour cream, garlic, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, corn and tajin to a foil pan and cook on grill until cheese is thoroughly melted, abut 25-30 minutes. Pull off grill and top with lime juice, cotija and more tajin! Enjoy!
