Can you please implement price caps on all tickets? I don’t understand why it’s only done when artists request it. More specifically, applying a price cap to the eternal sunshine tour would make things easier for fans and ticketmaster. It would prevent extreme resale prices without adding extra steps like having fans request tickets just to have a fair chance at face value prices. Pleasee consider it!

Hi Ticketmaster, I wanna know why you thought it was a good idea to have people start lining up at eight fuck!ng a.m. in the morning for the Elmont, New York Conan Gray show on February 28th and letting people know one day ahead! I think it’s very upsetting and horrible that I buy YOUR resale tickets for 3,000 dollars for pit tickets just for you to turn around and say “sorry if you don’t live in ny and can’t be here at the very beginning of the morning because I have no common sense that people could be traveling and aren’t staying in ny and can’t be there in the early morning hours” I’m a kid and I’m so upset I’ve been waiting for this show and counting down the days, and my mom surprised me with these resell pit tickets that were so expensive. Just for my mom to tell me about the email in the car in tears so upset. I hope you know what you’ve done and how you’ve upset many fans. I understand fan made lines but this was just unnecessary. I have VIP and you get VIP so you can be in the front not to be at the very back of the pit because you made the time early as hell.
