there should be a limit in salaries. if the lowest paid worker has a salary 50k then the highest salary can not be over 150k for directors or ceos. There is no reason for such discrepancy to exist

Actually it's interesting fact that you do not need politicians, there is no reason for middle man to decide what to do or not, the right way is people voting and contributing in government's decisions directly

It's not an either/or question, but a both/and. We should be teaching the rich more, and also we should form unions and strike to demand better pay from these rich companies.
