Well I got served coffee with milk after ordering black Americano at Costa in Newmarket twice in last 2 weeks, when I complained, I got 20 free Costa beans 😂 total disregard to allergen control and no regard to human health obviously,

I went into Costa, years ago, like 12 years ago+ and I asked them if one of the drinks contained dairy, and the man who worked there asked me what dairy was. I left. How can a coffee shop worker not know what dairy is? 🙃 I just don't like the taste of dairy, I'm not allergic or intolerant. But training and cross contamination is so important.
