Or is it still bad if you're talking about someone thats not there, but you're talking about something that they did that you thought was good and cool and you're talking good about that person. I learned people disguised gossip as venting. How you know is by the end of the venting , there's no advice for you to give. All you received was information about someone they don't like. And there's no edification that can be done.
