Have you been working on your body for a long time or is it just something you have been just maintaining? I am trying to get toned and hopefully I have a nice looking 6 pack but im hoping my genetics give me an 8 pack. I eat chicken, broccoli and rice with 3 eggs for lunch and dinner and im losing 3 pounds a week. I cant wait to get down to 200, im 6'3" and my doctor said its going to take longer.
