I always that it was because he was jealous, but recently i just saw how he looked and I was like really surprised of the holiday look a like. I just thought in my mind he would look like a ike turner or jo Jackson, but most definitely agree it was jealousy and wanted him like an oedipus Rex complex but reversed because it was the parent instead of the child

years ago I watched the Doc on Marvin Gaye and the dad was a preacher and use to beat the mother and also was a cross dresser and Marvin came home and dad was beating mom and Marvin got in it and dad deleted him the dad would always cross dress at home
