This was my experience with an ear ache in Morocco. I pointed to my ear and said, “Owwww,” and then mimed the dropper into my ear action. They sold me the antibiotic ear drops with no issue.

I spent two days in Cairo almost exactly 6 years ago (yes, right before the world shut down) and I ate so much falafel and I still yearn for it regularly 😂 (and I did not get food poisoning on that trip)

I’ve got it just once, but it was my fault 🤣 I drank sugar cane juice from a whatever place at the street 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’ve been 3 times there 🥰🥰🥰

I took the probiotics before and during the trip and stayed safe whereas some other people on the trip did end up with diarrhoea.
