This is the first and only Indian three MICHELIN star restaurant in the world! And rightly so! For more than 6 years I have been following the culinary development path of chef HIMANSHU, restaurant manager VIPIN and the whole team! „Guest is God“. This is the motto and philosophy of the restaurant TRÈSIND STUDIO in Dubai. In this globally unique restaurant, guests experience an amazing journey through the five major Indian regions. The dishes are presented in a very imaginative way or maximum 20 guests. The cuisine is extremely tasty and full of surprises. Guests can watch the chefs preparing the dishes in the open kitchen. The service team explains the dishes very in detail and with lots of passion. You can get a great impression of the versatility and variety of Indian cuisine. This restaurant strictly follows the philosophy of sustainability, which means e.g. that all parts of plants are always used. The beverage pairing by sommelier NIKHIL SURVE is also second to none. On the one hand, wine and champagne are offered and there are great homemade non-alcoholic or lightly alcoholic drinks, for example based on kombucha. The service, which is run by the charming host and restaurant manager VIPIN PANWAR, is always very attentive and super professional and contributes significantly to an overall experience that guests will not soon forget. TRÈSIND STUDIO is one of the absolute top addresses worldwide in my opinion!
