they used a coupon or they got like half price apps or some sort of promotion they take the tip% based on what the total should of been not what it is after the discount or whatever. not hard to understand

I’ll only fight this as a server if you had no discounts on the check, tip is calculated by the ORIGINAL check BEFORE discounts.
