Also, a simple meal is defined as a meal cooked at waist height or above using fresh ingredients. No one mentions that. I thought a simple meal was putting a ready meal in the microwave

This is 100% accurate! It’s the most degrading and humiliating experience and people should not be put through it! Assessment should be done my a qualified Dr and someone who knows about the individuals condition

They should make a drama about people applying for and getting turned down for PIP on its own, perhaps people would have more sympathy for those going through it and get an overhaul of how the assessments are completed.

the assessor lied on my assessment, my appeal was rejected, as they told me "just because you have a health condition it doesn't mean you qualify" I gave up feeling defeated. I'm struggling with every day life and no one is helping me
