Yes these things can make noise and in person you could probably pick up on it but for the majority of medical machinery used in basic care won’t pick up on camera. Sometimes I can’t even hear it and I’m in the same room.

I would like to add how those machines have a battery and a basic Google search can tell you that I worked at a hospital. Here’s another thing when the battery is low the machine screens it’s loud and obnoxious and it does not stop until the machine is entirely out of power or you charge it. You can turn off for about 10 seconds maybe before immediately starts screaming again.
