One time a TA wrote “do you have a source for this? No. You don’t, because it’s NOT TRUE.” Next to me saying that DC has universal pre school on a low stakes in-class brain storming assignment that did not ask for any citations. If you Google “DC universal pre school” there’s hundreds of sources to pick from. I genuinely thought this was common knowledge. We live in DC?????

im a health psychologist and was writing a paper that was saying social support from partners during pregnancy may be equally as important as from family and friends when predicting distal birth outcomes and the way I had to SCROUNGE for a citation,,, can't we all just agree partners support matters???
