This is super healthy . Learning to trust yourself. Learning to PACE YOURSELF. Not because depth isn’t allowed or something you should get rid of. But because impulsivity in the character of people like us will BARK. So easing to be relaxed and let out into phases rather than the core. Waiting for the reciprocation, then the next phase can be entered to deep diver with that person. It’s so important to protect our self from jumping at others who we see so golden and unique. They twinkle in our minds although it’s best to twinkle at our self first and feel our emotions slowly. It’s not a race, they’re there. Don’t be a dog chasing a butterfly. It’ll fly away - my brains analogy

How can you actually change the way your anxiety is , is it curable or is it something you have to deal with for life ?

This is awesome. Started leaving my phone in my locker for my 4 hour shift and immediately noticed how attached I was to seeing if they wanted me. Absolutely reinforced when I would get off and find they wouldn't have messaged at all haha.

I would’ve loved to see this a week ago, now I’ve lived my nightmare as the person I was afraid of losing is now thinking about leaving. I hate what my childhood has done to my attachment issues. It’s always so overwhelming

Yo literally never text in ya bed I’m so serious, it ridiculously easy to be extra vulnerable. I sent a message while still cozy in bed early morning, by 9am I was so annoyed with myself 😂

For me, it helped tremendously to stop rushing stuff. Rushing enables that nervous energy. If I caught myself walking fast, I slowed down and forced myself to take my time. I’m a lot calmer now than I was months ago. Every little thing counts. Safe healing to those who need it ❤️.
