This happened to me at Firestone 10 years ago never been back. They zip tied it back instead of screwing it and it fell down and broke while I was driving. They did end up replacing it.

They cracked my transmission pan I brought it to corporate they hired a “private mechanic to view and see if it was their fault” without me and concluded it wasn’t & tried to make me pay $500 (I didn’t )
