soggy nugget :
I’m reading Lolita for AP lit right now, as an independent group project, and ive been having a hard time coming to thematic interpretations. The only thing I feel I can draw to is the subjectivity of art, and with literary argument, that art exists outside of moral confines, and is thus its only thing. But of course, one has to nuanced (lol) and we must say that in spite of a postmodern interpretation of the book, the very fact that it stems from a person means it is fundamentally human, and, well, art is an extension of things that we cannot articulate, turned into something we would deem beautiful and insightful. Anyway, I digress! I keep writing and thinking myself into circles with this one, and I was wondering what your thoughts were if you have a second and would like to share :)
