nah people wanna make you look bad. so they come up, snakes everywhere and if your a threat, threats get taken out in some fashion

My perception is. There is no such thing as being ‘thrown under the bus’ emotional reactions do not belong in the workplace. When we have an emotional reaction to something, look within. It is unhealed trauma.

this is very true. my daughter was severely harassed at school over a false pregnancy rumor. it got really bad. the school kept brushing it off, it kept getting worse. the principal made an overhead announcement and made it worse. I received excuses in meetings, blaming my daughter. I know they wanted me to explode so I was the problem. I remained measured, documented their continued failures and legal obligations. today they are paying for private school and therapy.

I’m a Plant Manager. When I’m dealing with the owner, I always say “we will take care of issues.” I like my factory to be a family like environment. Everybody in my factory knows that I will pick the rope up and pull it. I’m nothing without my team.

I had a manager do this to me. I didn't react. My director discreetly pulled me aside and questioned me, apologized and the manager was fired within two weeks. I had no performance issues and that's why my director pulled me aside
