Diana Hernandez alleges a now-former therapist at Maximum Achievers school physically abused her young son — and saw the incident captured on surveillance video. The footage shows the therapist striking the child with a sneaker and appearing to throw objects at him. Hernandez says she noticed her son shaking after a session and later found what appeared to be bruises and a bite mark on his back. She took him to the emergency room and requested surveillance video from the center. Maximum Achievers says the employee has been fired and that they are cooperating with law enforcement.
