I believe that is Donald Trump and his administration really believes that American citizens come first then what policies are working on to reduce the 90% of major crimes that are committed by American citizens. illegal immigrants have a lower percentage of minor crimes so Trump’s claim doesn’t match with what he’s showing us action speak louder than words.
