My husband has the worst body acne of almost anyone I’ve ever seen. May have to try this. I have spent literally thousands on skincare for him since he was 17. He is 32. It has to be mixed folliculitis. He’s a mechanic too so all the absorbed debris and grease and oil literally gets trapped into his skin and he constantly has giant cystic acne/ blackheads all over the back, arms, chest etc. it’s a build up/ mechanical problem. Not bacteria.
