Help I want to order Grey but I want the Leather. Can you help me make sure I get the right ones in the leather I own one pair already and I absolutely love them because I have a lot of calluses on my feet and a lot of feet problems but these particular ones that I’m wanting to order they don’t tie like regular shoelaces so can you just help me? I know the ones I want but I need to get the leather ones.

They don’t carry an 8 1/2 so do I go up half a size or down a half a size?

I've always wanted to try these. But I have to wear steel toes at work. I'm on my feet 12 hours a day and I can't use barefoot unless I'm home for a couple hours. Not helpful
