My biggest tip is eat healthy snack since you’re always hungry! I personally have to be dairy free and that helped! I munch on vegan snacks if I’m being honest 😂 most only have 5-50 calories (like a wafer stick) or I just munch on fresh fruits and veggies!

I did not lose a pound while I was breastfeeding and pumping for my son in face my body did not really regulate until 2 years later so give yourself grace and time
