I had the worst experience at HH recently as a patient. I had aortic valve replacement surgery. The ratio of patient to nurse was horrid. Not to mention I myself am a RN of 28 years. It was so bad that under no circumstances do I want to go back unless it is a life or death situation. Pay better and staff appropriately. You may attract more seasoned nurses and not brand new ones in ICU. 😳

I don't understand this. You may not like the sale, but the city council cannot say yes or no to the sale. Even if it was said they don't like it, they could not stop it.

I wish I could tell you all the things that have happened to me there. So many instances of unsafe discharge, failure to ensure proper discharge planning, discharge without necessary home services, false documentation, poor treatment from staff, staff making treatment decisions based on my weight rather than my medical conditions. It’s horrible there.
